How to report it.
Reports are read by people, not the person you reported, and nobody is told who made one.
In the app
From the profile, Activity, Moment, comment or message menu, or by holding down a message. Choose the inappropriate or unsafe reason.
By email
Without the app, or to add detail: hello@cosmonus.com, subject “Child safety report”.
To the authorities
The National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or 1930, and Childline on 1098.
What we do with a report.
First in the queue
Child safety reports are handled first, ahead of every other report.
Removed and barred
Content that breaks this standard is removed, and the account behind it is removed and barred from coming back.
Reported to the authorities
As Indian law requires, including under the POCSO Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and the police. We keep what they need for an investigation.
We cooperate
With law enforcement requests about child safety.
Child safety contact
